We are well aware that this site is running very slowly. Therefore, in an effort to ensure that as many people are able to redeem as possible, we will be limiting the number of PINs that can be redeemed each day to 3. Once our new replacement equipment is fully functional, we will once again allow 10 per day.
We understand that this situation is frustrating for you. Please know that we are working as quickly as possible to resolve this situation and will announce an ETA for normal operations in the coming days.
